Shipping policy

Orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days after your order has been received. Issues with shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours. Southern Creek is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail by the USPS. The Postal Service or UPS will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped.
