Policies


Shipping Policy

  • Orders will ship within 1 to 2 business days after your order has been received. Issues with shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours. Southern Creek is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail by the USPS. The Postal Service or UPS will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped. 

Return/Exchange Policy for Online Orders

  • Clothing – Clothes may be exchanged for the correct size within 15 days of purchase. If we do not have the desired size in stock we will issue you a store credit once the product has been mailed back to us. Once the product is received back in unworn condition with the original tags will will process a store credit. Items must be in original condition and free of all odors. If your return is not up to par we will be sending the item back to you and store credit will not be issued. 
  • All car candle sales are a FINAL SALE. 
  • All items that are classified as “SALE” items (more than a 15% discount) are a final sale.

  • Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. Once the product is received back in unworn condition with the original tags will will process a store credit or exchange. Items must be in original condition and free of all odors. If your return is not up to par the store credit will not be issued.

  • All items that are classified as “SALE” items (more than a 15% discount) are a final sale.

Store Pickup 

  • Store Pickup is available for our local customers ONLY. Items must be picked up within 30 days of purchase or your items will be returned to the shelf and a refund will not be issued. 
  • If you are not local you will be issued a invoice for shipping, once your invoice is paid we will ship your order.
